Is the lone underclassman playing on a talented, veteran Pike Liberal Arts squad as a freshman. Starting at the catcher position at this young of an age, it speaks volumes that the staff has the much confidence in putting him behind the plate to play arguably the most important position on the field. With numerous Patriot arms that can run the fastball into the upper-80’s, Lott showed no trouble handling and receiving those big arms in this doubleheader. Slim, projectable 5-11, 160-pounder starts in an athletic stance and keeps his weight back well before firing the hips through on the swing. Uses an early toe-tap load to be on time, and recorded multiple hits, one being a double, in both games of this AISA State Playoff matchup.
