The feet and the glove are plus and he does a nice job reading balls off the and getting in position for an easy hop. Shows nice lateral range and the ability to throw from different arm slots. The arm strength continues to impress as he was 83 mph across the diamond and once again ran a sub 7.0 60 yard dash. At the plate, there is some “whip” in the hands and he does a nice job of keeping the hands and barrel inside the baseball. During BP, he showed a solid middle of the field approach with power from foul line to foul line. Does a nice job getting his weight back to the launch position and has a well synced swing. The bat path has some tilt in it and he does a nice job with the top hand. ‘21 grad that does nothing but impress each time we see him.

Another solid SS/2B from Faith Academy. Has really filled out since we saw him last and the added strength was on display. Has a solid set up at the plate are really short to contact which allows him to control the barrel very well with nice middle of the field pop. It looks easy for him with the barrel and the ball really comes off the barrel with slight tilt in the barrel path. Fluid actions with the feet during IF drills and really played low to the ground. The glove is legit and the arm strength allows him to play anywhere on the infield. Fluid actions with some flair to his game.
10.28.18 Super impressive in the dirt with solid glove work and a quick transfer on the throw. Slick with the glove and plenty of arm strength across the dirt. Very instinctive player in the field and on the basepaths. Slightly open stance at the plate with a leg kick approach. Showed very quick hands with some tilt in the swing path. Had 3 good at bats during the game getting a hit in 2 of those AB’s which included an 11 pitch AB. Big time 2021 infielder.
10.14.18- An athletic arm on the mound who is clean mechanically and has a loose arm. Showed feel for all 3 pitches and wasn’t afraid to throw any pitch in any count. The arm works and all 2 pitches are delivered with the same arm speed and slot, creating deception for hitters. The fastball was mid 70’s with some cut backed up with a breaking ball that showed nice shape at 67-68 mph. The changeup can be a plus plitch for him as he really pronates and creates tumble into RH hitters. Athletic delivery, appears to be easy for him
10.14.18- A very athletic presence in the dirt with smooth glove work and the ability to get his feet set to make the throw. Really impressive on ground balls. At the plate, he had a very simple, compact approach that continually resulted in some tilt to his line drives. The ball seemed to really bounce off of his barrel, mainly staying in the middle of the field. Really worked the count in his AB’s, one resulting in a barreled ball to RF. A high level 2021.
