Lean 6-3, 160-pounder with feel for a solid two-pitch mix throughout his outing. Ran the fastball up to 84 mph in the 1st inning before pitching in the low-80’s with heavy sink into the 7th inning. Breaking ball was a two plane pitch at 72 mph with swing and miss and located well to the glove side. Earned the win in a decisive Game 3 to push Chelsea into the Elite 8 while allowing only four hits, no earned runs, a walk and six strikeouts.
