09/15/18- Wake Forest recruit continues to stand out as a solid defender with a physical frame and above average offensive toolset. He had a three RBI double and has an above average hit-power combo with future above average ability at both.
06/21/18- Committed to Wake Forest University
05/02/18- Uncommitted shortstop had a number of opportunities at short. He is lean and athletic, there is some stiffness, but has athletic range. Very solid, above average defender. Was 1-4 with an RBI and has above average bat speed. There is some steepness, but has present bat speed and is high follow.
1/27/18- Slender, athletic build on a 6-foot-1 frame. Should make a significant physical jump as he matures Above average strength for his age. Offensively, he displayed a line drive approach with gap-to-gap ability and a feel to hit. Has present pop in his bat which was seen in the cage when he registered a 90 mph exit velocity. Arm should play from left side of the field in the future. Flashed present actions and projects well with athletic twitchy movements. Interesting 2020 follow with a balanced toolset and IQ for the game.
12/16/17- Lean, strong frame, he carries well at short. Moves well and trusts his hands. An above average defender who as long as he continues to be able to move well with the physical projection, could stick in the middle. Offensively, he has a reverse toe-tap load that can get his timing off and get him out over the front foot at times. He shows an advanced approach and ability to adjust. There is present bat speed, with bat to ball skills, but the strength and leverage shows power potential.
04/11/17 - Currently ranked No. 17 in the Florida 2020 Class. Currently stands at 6-foot, 160 pounds with a lean, athletic, projectable build. Showed some quick twitch actions in the field with range while fielding the ball out in front. Gets out of the box with intent, shows quick bat speed at the plate with the ability to make consistent contact. Tripled into the right-center field gap along with several other hits throughout the week. Good instincts.
