2025 marks the 3rd edition of the MPB Fall Classic here in Kansas City. Back in 2023, before the Homefield Baseball Complex was built, the event was held solely at Creekside and featured just 52 teams. Fast forward to today, and the tournament has grown to 109 teams across 8 age groups. This year’s 3-day, 3-game guarantee, winner-take-all event will be hosted at both Creekside and Homefield, kicking off tomorrow, September 18th, 2025.

2023 Champions

Underclass- NE Prospects Midwest Red 2026 went 5-0 with a run differential of +33.

Upperclass- Iowa Sticks Scout 2024 went 5-0 with a run differential of +30.

2024 Champions

Underclass- YardyBoyz Prospects 16u Blue went 5-0 with a run differential of +23.

Upperclass- Slammers Austin 5-0 with a run differential of +38.

2025 MPB Fall Classic

This year the MPB Fall Classic will add youth to the slate as we have 11u-14u set to compete. As well as a talented field of Upper and Underclass squads that posses some of the Midwest's top players. 

Teams to watch 

The Upper Class Division features several familiar Kansas City programs, with Cavalier Club, Building Champions, Engaged Athletics, Prodigy, Prime 27:17, and YBC all entering multiple teams. Traveling clubs like NE Prospects, USA Prime, Slammers, and 3T’s have also brought several teams to compete.

The Under Class Division follows a similar pattern. Advanced Baseball Academy, Building Champions, Old School Ducks, and Rawlings Tigers each have multiple local teams in the field, while Iowa Sticks and NE Prospects are well-represented on the road with several teams making the trip.
