McIntyre fits the mold of a prototypical L/R leadoff hitter and center fielder, using his speed to make an impact on the game. While power isn’t his calling card, his ability to play small ball and drive the gaps makes him a valuable top-of-the-order bat. He posted a 7.37-second 60-yard dash—one of the event’s best—along with a max RSI of 1.01 and a max vertical jump of 24.5 inches. Defensively, he covers a ton of ground in the outfield, showing fluid movements laterally. His outfield velocity maxed out at 66 mph, a number that will rise as he continues to develop. At the plate, McIntyre’s short, quick left-handed swing stood out. He recorded a max exit velocity of 84.4 mph, an average EV of 74.8 mph, and a max distance of 265 feet. With his work ethic and developing skill set, he has a chance to be a true game-changer. Keep an eye on this speedy outfielder out of the Tracy area.
