Nebraska State Games: Event Preview

Omaha, Nebraska - On Sunday, May 19th, Prep Baseball travels to the University of Nebraska-Omaha's Tal Anderson Field to host the Prep Baseball Nebraska State Games event. This invite-only event will feature over 70 prospects from the class of 2025 through 2027s.
EVENT HISTORY
Last year's event saw over 70 players attend our early summer event at Tal Anderson Field with multiple notable performances.
Ferguson's performance at our event last summer. The right-hander led the field in fastball velocity at 89.4 MPH. That, combined with his size and athleticism on the mound earned him a spot on the 2024 Team Midwest Future Games roster. In September, Ferguson announced his commitment to the University of Iowa.

Novacek put up some big numbers at Tal Anderson a year ago. His speed, power and arm strength metrics stood out above the rest of the class. He was given a spot on the Future Games roster and committed to the University of Central Florida in October.
