6-foot, 195-pounds, strong athletic build, broad shoulders, multi-sport athlete, also plays QB on football team. Switch-hitter, similar approach from both sides of the plate. Squared athletic stance, some rhythm to the load using a small leg lift trigger, leaning back through contact. Uses a step back finish with some stiffness in the lower half. Creates solid bat speed with above average strength & athleticism. Short swing, working up with shoulder tilt, gets out of the zone quickly. Mostly hard contact with some top-spin at times, 90.24 mph exit velocity via Trackman. Ran a 7.11 60-yard dash. Versatile defender who transitioning to catcher, can also play left side of the infield. Seems to be a natural behind the plate, showing solid flexibility with the ability to stay low. Without creating a ton of direction or follow through he was able to turn in 1.99-2.09 pop times with natural arm strength at 77mph.
