From 7/18/24: "Uncommitted. Freitas showed well in his start on Thursday afternoon. He showed a controlled, athletic delivery with a long and loose arm with acceleration out front. His fastball sat 88-90 mph, and topped out at 91 mph, showing life through the zone. He also mixed in a slider at 78-80 mph with sharp horizontal actions and a change-up in the low-80s with slight fade. He attacked the zone with his three-pitch mix throughout his outing, showing confidence in each pitch, too. In addition, Cody Freitas was slugging the ball for Sparks. The right-handed batter impressively went 3-for-3 with five RBI’s, a solo homer, and a grand slam."
