Tallied 7-hits along with a .437 OBP and set the tone out of the lead-off spot all weekend for Black Cobra. The RHH yields strong bat-to-ball skills backed by a balanced load in a quick trigger with present hand/bat speed and ability to hit the ball to all-fields. Delivers a well-leveraged barrel through the zone with ability to manipulate to produce consistent solid contact. Superb instincts on the base-paths is evident as Leathers wreaked havoc with a plethora of swiped bags throughout the tournament. The athleticism for Leathers shines up-the-middle at 6-foot-2, 190-pounds as he displays quick lateral actions, excellent routes to the ball, and present arm strength.
