A high-waisted 6-foot-1, 170-pounder with plenty of upside, Burnett shows above-average offensive ability from the right side with a wide stance and tight barrel turn that produced a 90 mph max exit velocity (317’ peak, 76.5 avg). The swing is efficient and projects with added strength, giving him a chance to impact the baseball consistently. Defensively, he profiles in the outfield with a developing 74 mph arm from the left side, and his athleticism shows with a 7.13 60-yard dash, making him a follow as the frame fills out.

'27 OF Jackson Burnett (Center Grove) is an interesting '27 follow that stood out during the batting practice portion of the event. Holding upside in an athletic, high-waisted, 5-foot-11, 160 pound frame - Burnett showed a mechanically sound swing, creating stretch at heel-strike and showing well-timed intent. Burnett turns an uphill barrel that works on-plane early in the hitting zone, reaching a peak exit velocity of 91.7 mph, and he is able to create true ball flight to the pull-side.
