Uncommitted. 6-foot-1, 160-pound frame. Overall impressive day at the dish, proved to be a strong power hitter in the three-spot with aggressive intent as well as an aggressive approach. Top-half heavy swing that gets great separation and manipulation of the barrel. Stays behind the ball nicely with strong wrists that showed his ability to lift the ball with pop. Immense power with quick hands. Mashed a ball 347 feet with an exit velocity of 91. Barreled up several balls throughout the day. Longer arms allow for him to reach on outer-half pitches that he can pull for power.

Uncommitted. Blaqman was an absolute threat in every facet of the game on Friday for 5 Star Mid Atlantic, flashing incredible range and arm strength at shortstop. He also has some very impressive pop at the plate for his 6’1” 160 lbs build, generating a couple easy 90+ EV swings. The most exciting part about Blaqman’s game, however, is he plays with his hair on fire at all times. He is always looking to make a winning play, whether it be throwing out runners at 1st base from deep into the outfield on a routine fly out, or stretching an easy single to CF into a double when he sees the defense sleeping. Blaqman is a highly athletic, middle of the order bat that is always wanting to make plays to help his team win. Easily one of the more exciting watches of the week.
