Schooley has a lean build at 6-feet 175-pounds. Ran 60 in 6.97. LH hitter, uses a leg lift and high hands to get barrel through the zone. Hands are pre-loaded pre-pitch, above head. Weight transfer is clean and has some rhythm. Finish is athletic and controlled. Exit Velo 84.
Defensively - moves well, smooth in the field. Quick exchange with hands. Cuts himself off on throws, doesn't follow through with back side. Throws from a true 3/4 slot with some arm side run. 75 mph across the infield.
