Physical: 6-foot-1, 205 pounds; Broad shouldered, sturdy build. 8.08 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; has a pre-pitch bat waggle. Drops hands on the way back with an up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a downward swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 89 MPH via Trackman. Displayed a repeatable swing that produced line drives to either gap.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a one knee approach while staying low during receiving. Hands are firm with a delay in transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.26-2.38 pop times. C - 71 MPH. Showed the ability to consistently throw accurately near the base. A higher arm slot will help decrease the run on the throws, which will in turn help with accuracy.

Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with a slight leg-kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a two handed finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 88 MPH via Trackman. Barrel is quick into the zone with pop to the pull side pop.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying low during receiving. Hands are out in front with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.16 - 2.21 pop times. C - 74 MPH.
