Offensively: RHH. Square, slight back leaning stance, as the hands begin in a strong position to hit. Utilized a leg-lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat, connected path into the hitting zone. Recorded a lofty approach to the pull-side gap, staying on the rear hip with an active lower-half guiding the operation. Notched a T94 mph exit velocity during his round (90 mph AVG) and produced a leaderboard-worthy 88% sweet spot rate.
Defensively: The backstop featured a flexible, confident receiving skill set from right-knee down. Pop times ranged between 2.04-2.14 with a well-sequenced move in the hips and accurate 73 mph arm-strength from H ¾ slot. Blocked for his pitchers with down chest angles.
