I know of no mental or physical problems, which might affect my child's ability to safely participate in this camp. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance of the camp, before, during or while leaving any program. *As a condition of participation in a Prep Baseball Report and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event, I hereby give to Prep Baseball Report Holdings, LLC, Prep Baseball Report, LLC, its affiliates, licensees and sponsors, my full and complete permission and consent to use and disclose my name and registered contact information, including home address and telephone number, and my picture, image, video, likeness, actions, voice, or other personally identifiable information (collectively your “Name and Image”), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images, captured by any means as part of my registration with and/or participation in any Prep Baseball Report and/or a licensee and/or an affiliate sponsored event.

I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsover, to be used by Prep Baseball Report and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Prep Baseball Report website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. I grant Prep Baseball Report LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my Name and Image associated with any Prep Baseball Report and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. I consent to such uses and hereby waive all rights to compensation and any right to inspect or approve the finished product or image, regardless of format.

Since its inception in 2005, the Prep Baseball has evolved into one of the country’s biggest and most respected independent scouting services, with a singular focus of providing comprehensive coverage in every state. Now, more than 1000 colleges and pro scouts subscribe to the Prep Baseball services. We take great pride in providing the most thorough and comprehensive high school baseball coverage in each state.

Prep Baseball events are designed to give players the maximum exposure needed to advance to the next level. Not only will you receive high-level exposure from college coaches, but all players at events will be videotaped, and the edited performance will be hosted on the website.

All players will receive an online profile with their verified statistics, scouting report, picture and video. Additionally, all subsequent stories written about a prospect will be linked to the player’s profile, ultimately creating a one-stop shop for recruiters. Furthermore, the top players will be listed in our statewide player rankings and overall rankings.

Our ever-expanding player video library is a must for all college coaches. All statistics on the website are verified by our Prep Baseball Report scouts.

REFUND POLICY

The Prep Baseball Maryland refund policy is that of a transfer nature. Prep Baseball will permit the transfer of your payment to another Prep Baseball Prep Baseball Maryland event for up to 12 months from the original event.
