*I hereby authorize The Prep Baseball Report to act for me in judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive, release and indemnify The Prep Baseball Report, Prep Baseball Report Multimedia, Prep Baseball Report & Partners, Prep Baseball Report Holdings, Prep Baseball Report Tournaments, and Prep Baseball Report State Affiliates of all legal responsibilities in the event of injury to my child. I know of no mental or physical problems, which might affect my child's ability to safely participate in this camp. I will be responsible for any medical charges in connection with his/her attendance of the camp, before, during or while leaving any program. I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsover, to be used by Prep Baseball Report and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Prep Baseball Report website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. I grant Prep Baseball Report LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my Name and Image associated with any Prep Baseball Report and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. I consent to such uses and hereby waive all rights to compensation and any right to inspect or approve the finished product or image, regardless of format.

Teams in this event will only play two games on Saturday at the Rock or Milkmen Stadium. We have invited a number of schools to attend and expect 6-8+ schools in attendance. This event is exclusively for 2027/2026 grad level teams, Schools in attendance will be D2, D3 and JUCO as it is a quiet period for D1.

Stay and Play

Our tournaments are Stay to Play events.
We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event from 75 miles or more reserve their lodging accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation

In the event you would like to opt out of the stay to play requirement, there is a $300 fee to do so.
