It was a good day for the lefty, who moved well and located three pitches for strikes. Lafreniere, a gap-year senior, throws from a closed off delivery, but repeats well. Standing, 6-foot, 215-pounds, he's got a clean arm action and lived well around the zone. His fastball was high-70s with some ASR, complementing it well with a CB that has shape and a downer CH.
