Jackson Fraser was good on the mound this weekend for the Okotoks Dawgs. He improved as he went on in his outing especially with his breaking ball as by the end of his outing it was a legitimate out pitch. His fastball was also good sitting 84-88 mph with good run and solid command of it. Throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot he had very easy effort and a smooth wind up. He also featured a change-up that sat 78-79 mph. As an uncommitted 2018 he could be an intriguing late add for college coaches.
