One of the more impressive performances came from Gavignan, a product of the Parkland Twins. Checking in at 6-foot, 165-pounds, the 2027 grad has a good look to him on the mound. The left hander moves well and in-sync, he's long in the back and repeats his delivery. His fastball is in the 80-81 mph range, while he flipped in a quality curveball/slider combo with distinct velocity differences and a changeup that works. At the plate he showed some strength from a strong setup, reaching a peak exit velocity of 87 mph and a carry distance of 307 feet. We'll be following Gavignan closely over the next few years.
