(68.2 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic open stance with a smooth compact load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed is flashed above average, shows a short level swing plane and good extension on his level finish. Found lots of barrels with some loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Athletic in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 83 mph; has athletic rhythmic feet, a clean exchange, and consistent sure hands. Fielded the ball out front one hand with quick movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a consistent compact arm action with an-over-the-top slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.34. Projectable on the mound, showing quick consistent arm speed he had a ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows some effort. Balance point is tall with even shoulders during delivery. Lands square with balanced finish. Sat with his fastball at 77-80 mph; shows slight tilt action and control in the zone with straight movement. (Max spin 2200; Avg 2112). Had early fading action and arm side around the zone command on his changeup (62-63). His 10/4 slider (63-65) showed in the zone control and sweeping late action. (Max spin 2071; Avg 2029).
