6/27/18 - 6-foot, 195-pound frame. Strong build. Very narrow, open setup at the plate. Strides out as hands load back creating some separation. Barrel wraps around head, from there takes an efficient path to contact; stiff front leg, looking to lift the baseball, very narrow base during follow through, apparent strength in swing; 88 mph exit velocity. Defensively worked out at first where he posted a 79 mph infield velocity. Also posted a 7.67 60-yard dash. Watson threw off the mound as well running his fastball up to 81 mph from a ¾ arm slot. Short, compact arm action, big linear push off the rubber, shoulders angled down into foot plant, quick whippy arm action. Curveball was thrown at 62-67 mph.
