5-foot-7 190 pounds. (Running) 7.76 runner in the 60 yard. (Offense) RH. Max EV 93. Max Dist 327. Narrow and tall in setup. Hands are held at the back shoulder with some rhythm to the hands. Up and down direct stride that keeps him square to pitcher. Can gain some ground with stride at times. Position at contact is good and strong, slightly inconsistent with timing. Has some ability to ride the line and stay on some balls. Path is direct, only gets in trouble when timing is off. Majority line drive contact to the middle of the field. (Defense) RH. IF velo 68. No ground gained toward baseball while fielding. An aggressive first step and more active feet will cut the distance, allow him to field his hop, and increase fluidity while fielding. Glove skills play, and will only see increased glove skills with improvements to footwork. Arm is loose and can throw from various slots. Arm will also see improvements with added foot work. Profile is at 3B/2B for now, pending added athleticism and IQ.
Pitching RH.
Delivery: Brings glove over his head in the windup. Slower tempo to the windup, gets into his back leg and travels down the mound. Struggled to command the ball on this day.
FB: 70 mph (1667). FB stays true, good IVB numbers, with increased velo this pitch could be effective at the top of the zone. Inconsistent with release point.
SL: 60 mph (1797). Commanded the SL best of the two breaking balls. Misses were down and around the zone.
CB: 57 mph (1750). Slower breaking ball. Struggled to command the CB, misses were arm side high.
