Jaiden Lo Re, a 2025 graduate from Corona Del Sol High School, exhibited an impressive all-around performance during the weekend, particularly standing out during the workout day portion. Lo Re's defensive prowess at shortstop positions him as one of the top gloves in the state, displaying clean actions, a quick first step, and a robust 87 mph arm across the diamond. At the plate, Lo Re showcases a gap-to-gap hitting style, demonstrating the ability to send the ball to all fields, with a penchant for driving it to the pull side. What sets Lo Re apart is his undeniable competitive spirit, embodying the essence of a true gamer who approaches the game with a hard-nosed attitude and consistently high energy levels.
Lo Re was another player who had strong performances with the bat and on the defensive side. There’s quick twitch throughout his game and he has the ability to make an impact on both sides of the ball. Defensively, he moves well side-to-side and consistently fields balls cleanly outfront. The arm works well from multiple arm slots and there’s no issues throwing on the run. Best infield velocity of 82mph. Right-handed hitter who utilizes the entire field and had some of the best hand speed at the event (21.8mph avg). Top exit velocity of 95.7mph and found the barrel several times throughout the scrimmage. Moved well in all areas on Saturday and no doubt had one of the better overall performances. Arizona State commit.
