1/7/18 - 6-foot, 160-pound frame. Two-way prospect showed best on the mound where he ran his fastball up to 75 mph, sitting 73-74. Used compact delivery with short stride and arm action, getting on top of the ball quickly in back. 61-62 mph curveball was generally around the zone, had 12-6 shape and loose rotation. Developing 63-64 mph changeup will improve when thrown with fastball arm speed. LHH hits from very wide base with a short stride and lots of bend at the waist. Line drive contact in BP with a simple, on-plane swing. Tended to play high defensively on the infield and may profile best to 1B depending on how his body develops. Turned in 75 mph infield velo and 7.50 60-yard dash.
