5-foot-6 165 pounds. (Running) 7.48 runner in the 60 yard. Powerful runner, good in short distances. (Offense) RH. Max EV 90. Max Dist 303. Base is outside of shoulder width in an open position. Strong base and stays balanced. Uses a small up and down stride that brings him back to square. Quick hands with direct and compact swing. Can struggle with timing on occasion, this is where his inconsistencies come. Contact stayed to the gaps with good ball flight. (Defense) RH. IF velo 74. Stays low to the ground, puts his eyes in a good position to read hops. Foot work showed some promise and understanding for infield play, still room for improvement to foot work. Good direction with first step, feet tend to slow down as ball approaches. Throughs from a HTQ slot with some effort, quick to release. Ball has 4 seam flight across diamond. Hands are soft with small amount of give into the body. 2B/3B most likely his profile.
Pitching RH.
Delivery: Throws strictly out of the stretch. Starts in a closed off position, lead heal in line with back toe. Slower leg lift, gathers in the back hip and delivers from a HTQ slot. Struggled with command this day.
FB: 74 mph (1925). 4 seam spin. Stays true, higher IVB numbers, with increased command this pitch could play well at the top of the zone.
CB: 69 mph (1627). Downward breaking CB. Could be effective if commanded at the bottom of the zone. Struggled to find release point.
CH: 70 mph (1640) (15.2 HM). Threw with FB arm speed. Strays true.
