Liu Rodriguez Jr:
Athletic frame with room to add mass at 5’9”, 150. Switch hitter with a clean stroke from both sides. Uses no stride from the left side, rocking from his toe to heel during footstrike. Mostly linear transfer, hands move slightly upwards to a high finish. Righty load is different, stepping with his rear leg before using a short punch step with the lead leg. A bit of a flatter/more direct bat path from this side as well. Very solid footwork up the middle, keeps the hips low when working to the ball with a clean transfer from glove to release. All around solid baseball skills and movements that should develop into a solid player upon added strength and mass.

Body: 5-8, 150-pounds. Proportionate build, room to add strength.
Hit: SH. (R) Open stance, lands neutral, hands held in front of chest, not much separation created, small stride. (L) Square stance, no stride. Small easy load (R) short swing, and quiet actions in the box. Very little head movement and hits from a balanced position. Inside path to the ball, stays to the middle. (L) short path, uses the whole field.
Arm: INF - 79 mph. Easy and quick arm action from a high 3/4 slot. Ability to change arm slots on various plays. High IQ SS.
Defense: Gets into his legs in his set position, stays low throughout while approaching and fielding the ball. Rhythm and timing while fielding is advanced with a simple and smooth glove. Advanced actions for the age.
Run: 7.21 runner in the 60.
