Starts in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled small load, then uses a leg kick to start his swing. Had above average bat speed, long uphill swing plane and level finish. Found a few barrels with loud contact. Pull side approach. the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 85 mph. In the infield, recorded a position velocity of 72 mph; has firm hands, a natural exchange and average choppy feet. Ran a 7.8 60-yard dash. Fielded the ball deep with some range. From a high ¾ slot, showed some accuracy to the bag with a long arm action.
5-foot-11 190-pounds, strong body, long legs, broad shoulders. Narrow slightly open stance, using a gathered toe tap trigger to create leverage. Inconsistent sequencing of the hands. Level swing with mid/pull approach. More pop in BP than 83mph exit velocity would suggest. Average footwork and hands with some effort. Ran a 7.72 60-yard dash. Glove tap before throwing with 68mph arm strength.
