Parker Halvorson:
Compact, athletic frame at 5’10”, 165, solid runner at 7.24 in his 60. Fairly tall stance, uses a short punch step. Hands rotate tightly to the torso, allowing him to get to inside pitches better than others. Pulls off a bit to pull-side due to this. Demonstrated solid footwork fundamentals in the infield. Minimal wasted movement with the glove. Mostly linear energy transfer on the mound. Over-the-top arm slot, perhaps just shy of 12-6. Uses 3 pitches, (change-up, curveball). More rotational direction would benefit him.
