Hall displayed his arm strength behind the dish, popping sub 1.9 seconds on all his throws: a proper catch and throw whom catcher can shut down a run game with the arm. At the plate, Hall offers some offence from the backstop position. The hard-swinging catcher showed some glimpse of power in BP, driving some balls deep in the gap. The swing works swings on an upward plane and uses his backside well. He strides slightly across his body but has the hand speed to catch up to velo on the inner half of the plate—lots to like with Hall from both sides of the ball at a premier position.
