One of the better performances came from Whalley Chiefs product Cody Martel. A confident catcher with an ability to lead, Martel shined on both sides of the ball. Offensively, he didn't get cheated from a simple stance, reaching a max EV of 89.3 while hitting the sweet spot 87% of the time. Defensively he had some mobility there, his arm showed carry, living 1.95-1.96.
