Our staff got an updated look at Militello, who continues to trend in the right direction. Checking in at 5-foot-9, 120-pounds, the 2028 graduate is a good mover with upside. At the plate he starts from a comfortable setup, knees slightly bent while using a slight leg lift to get his timing down. These were the best swings we've seen Militello take thus far, creating good plane and catching the barrel for a peak exit velocity of 75.3 mph and max carry distance of 249 feet. Defensively it looks right, as he's light-footed around the infield with confidence in his steps. His arm works well, running it up to 69 mph in the infield and 75 mph from the outfield. Overall strong day for the youngster, who will be a good follow over the next few years.
