Uncommitted. 5-foot-10, 150 pounds. Bats and throws right. Perla had a breakout year this past spring for Cherry Creek High School. Perla helped lead the Bruins to the 5A state championship game by hitting .493 with 7 triples and 25 RBI's. Always an advanced hitter, Perla earned a chance to play every day this spring for the Bruins because of his bat while solidifying the MIF with solid second base play, and was one of the key reasons the Bruins were back in the 5A state championship game for the first time since 2011.
