5 foot 10, 180-pound catcher with present strength in the body. He showed well behind the plate, a good receiver with mobility. 1.97-2.13 pop times and handled pitchers well during game play. At the plate, he starts open and generates whip with the bat. One of the top class of 2025 catchers in the state.
Body: 5-10, 180-pounds. Sturdy frame, square shoulders, and strong lower half.
Hits: RHH. Wide base, slightly open, hands shoulder height with flat bat, load to backside with a stride back to even. Slightly uphill,above average bat speed, rotational acceleration and hand speed.
Power: 94 max exit velocity, averaged 87 MPH. 328' max distance. Present power with bat-to-ball skill.
Arm: RH. C-68 mph. OF-82 mph. Outfield - longer arm stroke coming through a high-3/4 slot. Catcher - Short arm stroke coming through a high-3/4 slot.
Defense: 1.97-2.13 pop times. Outfield - plays through ball, fields on outside of left foot. Catcher - uses one knee and regular stance, strong wrist, good hip mobility with athletic actions.
