2022 SS/RHP Luke Ruby (CSU Pueblo commit). Ruby's FB ranged from 85-87 in a very difficult 20mph headwind. Demonstrated a very good SL 71-74, CH 68-70. Short compact delivery with a clean finish. Great tempo to plate and is highly competitive.
Slightly inverted starting stance on the left side of the mound. Small pivot on front foot into controlled leg lift. Finishes closed. Short, high 3/4 arm action, does a good job attacking all of his pitches. FB up to 84, CH 76-77, SL 68-70. Potential to add velocity when utilizes power in his legs
