Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Had quick bat speed, simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 71 mph; has consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Breydon Evans: OF/SS, (2027) Bloomfield, CT. 5-foot-6, 141-pound athletic proportional frame. Raw projectable in the box, the left-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 80 mph. Lands soft with upright finish. Sat with his fastball at 67-70 mph; shows both sides of the plate command with straight movement. (Max spin 1876; Avg 1639). His changeup (58-60) shows fading action and arm side control. His slider (53-56) shows glove side command and slight action. (Max spin 1488; Avg 1468).
