is a physically projectable 6-foot-3, 168-pound infield prospect. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 86 mph with a (66.9 mph bat speed average) and (22.4 mph hand speed average). Fisher starts in a balanced, athletic stance with the hands relaxed just off the back shoulder. A short stride starts a simple, flat swing that stays on plane a long time. During his round, Fisher showed good hands and a gap to gap approach. In the infield, Fisher showed a live arm with throws that reached 85 mph across the diamond while also showing he had a clean exchange, consistent, smooth footwork, and sure hands. During the event, he also ran the 60-yard dash in 7.53. Off the mound, simple, repeatable delivery, tall and strong on the backside, rides out the back leg, inline direction. The arm action is super loose and free and easy. Creating a ton of arm side run and sink. The fastball was clocked at 82 mph, with a ton more in there. Mixed in a slurvey breaking ball at 66 mph. Showed above average feel for a changeup at 73 mph. Love the projection on this one.

6-foot, 128-pound, young, thin athletic frame, room for added weight gains. A two-way player showing very well off the mound. This right-hander, working from the set position, athletic, higher leg lift, clean separation, direction is inline to the plate. The front leg gets a tick soft on foot strike, could stay taller on release. The arm action is longer, clean working from a higher slot. The fastball touched 69 mph, living in the bottom part of the zone. The changeup was his top pitch, comes out of his hand looking like a fastball, clocked at 60-63 mph. Also featured a small breaking ball along with a knuckle ball. Pounds the zone, pitch-ability looks to be very high. A left-handed hitter, balanced setup, loose hands, weight staying over the backside, swing is level to up, finishing with two-hands at the shoulders. The approach is more middle to pull, had a tee exit velocity of 73 mph and ran a 8.25 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 69 mph across the diamond. The approach is under control, showing soft hands and a clean transfer. Strength and quickness are a must, all mechanics are very good, love him off the mound.
