6-foot, 165-pounds, average athletic frame, sloped shoulders with room for addd weight gains. A right-handed hitting two-way player, showed well on both sides of the field. At the plate, slightly wider setup, relaxed, loose hands, set just below the shoulders. Simple pick up and put down, hands have separation, middle of the field approach, barrel in the zone a long time. Spraying line drives to all parts of the field, exit velocity was clocked at 88 mph, can get the baseball to the gaps. A very good runner, ran a 6.93 sixty-yard dash, quick off the blocks, with athletic strides. Threw 80 mph, clean arm slot, smooth transfer, all throws were down hill and on target. Off the mound, worked from set position, stays tall and over the rubber, inline stride with minimal to glove side. The arm works from a 3/4 slot, fastball reached 77 mph, spin rate was up over 2000, arm side action to it. Mixed in a small slider/slurve, clocked at 68 mph, late break. Good looking athlete, brings a ton of value, could help on both sides of the field.
