Solid projectable at the plate, the left-handed hitter was ranked 2nd with an exit velocity of 79 mph.Begins in an athletic open stance with a smooth tight load, then uses a controlled small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, displayed a loose upward swing plane and good extension on his front foot finish. He found some barrels with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Projectable from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 72 mph; shows smooth feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a short arm action and a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.1. Solid on the mound, using a short loose arm action he showed developing arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Stretch only tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses easy effort. Displays in line shoulders and a strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 67-69 mph; has sinking action and arm side command. (Max spin 1538; Avg 1407). His changeup (65-67) shows arm side control and fading swing and miss action. The arm works from the left-side.
