6-foot, 190-pound Athletic, mature frame, strong hands and wrists. Above average during batting practice, Selander's best exit velocity was 94 mph. Started in a wide balanced stance with a quick load, then used a leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, uses an upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contacts. Gap to gap approach. Athletic while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 79 mph; has quick feet, sure hands, and a clean fluid exchange. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Used a ¾ slot and a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 8.12. Left-handed banger wth strength to him.
