Luke Prozzo: 1B/LHP, (2027) Southington, CT. 6-foot-1, 180-pound solid strong build. Raw projectable during batting practice, Prozzo displayed an exit velocity of 91 mph, 3rd Best EV of the day. (74.1 mph bat speed average). (23.8 mph hand speed average). Begins in a wide balanced stance with a high load, then uses a controlled small leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, uses a short loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Pull side approach. In the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 78 mph. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 73 mph; showed developing feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Showed a loose arm action and a ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the bag. Raw projectable on the mound, had a loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Feel stretch only type pitcher who uses easy effort. Displays in line shoulders and a strong balance point.
