Michael Hepp: 2B/SS, (2025) Glastonbury High School, CT. 5-foot-7, 140-pound athletic proportional frame. Above average projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 86 mph. Begins in an athletic balanced stance with a smooth rhythmic load, then uses a controlled stride. Bat speed is electric, has a loose upward swing plane and high finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Above average advanced in the infield, displayed a velocity of 76 mph; had soft hands, athletic smooth footwork, and a quick twitchy exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short quick arm action and a ¾ slot. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.72. Twitchy athlete, can really move, gets great jumps moves well to both sides.
