Nathan Snyder: RHP/RHP, (2023) out of Berlin, CT. is a 6-foot-4, 165-pound right handed pitching prospect. On the mound, the delivery is simple. He uses simple movements to get to a good balance position at the top before heading down the mound in line with home plate. The arm works out of a long, high ¾ arm slot, producing a fastball 79-83 MPH (Max spin ; Avg ) with late arm side run. Snyder also showed a nice 12/6 curveball (67-68 MPH) (Max spin ; Avg ), a fading changeup (72-73 MPH) and a tight slider (69-70 MPH).
6-foot-4, 165-pound athletic long frame. Projectable raw on the mound, showed quick above average arm speed, he had a long loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall up-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort.Tall balance point with even shoulders. Lands soft with an athletic falling off finish. Threw his fastball 78-82 mph; shows arm side control and sinking action with heavy movement. (Max spin 2179; Avg 2006). Had glove side control and late slurvey action on his 1/7curveball (64-69). (Max spin 1965; Avg 1913). Has arm side command and fading swing and miss action on his changeup (69-71). Has a2/8 slider (67-70) that shows in the zone control and tight hard action. (Max spin 2033; Avg 1928). Tons of projection.
