Scouting Report: 6-foot, 205, pounds, strong, thick durable athletic frame. A right-handed hitter, wider, balanced set up, loose hands. The lower half is under control, the swing is short and compact level through the zone. The exit velocity was clocked at 89 mph and ran a 7.26 sixty-yard. Defensively, feet are smooth around the bag at first, glove is soft with good flow in transfer. The arm was clocked at 79 mph across the diamond. Off the mound, stretch position, uptempo delivery, arm action is clean and longer, works from a higher downhill slot. The fastball is heavy at 82 mph, lived in the bottom part of the zone. Mixed in a swing and miss slider at 72 mph. Look for velocity to continue to climb.

(71.4 mph bat speed average). (20.3 mph hand speed average). Started in an open tall stance with a handsy load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, exhibits a level rotational swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created tons of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Pull side approach. Projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 82 mph; has athletic feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a ¾ slot and a short quick arm action with consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a 60 time of 7.14 at the event. Projectable on the mound, showing lightning arm speed he had a ¾ arm angle with a short quick arm action. Stretch only up-tempo type pitcher and shows some effort. Showed strong balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 78-81 mph; has a heavy fastball that shows sinking action and arm side control. (Max spin 2161; Avg 2108). Has late slurvey action and glove side control on his 1/7 curveball (67-69). (Max spin 2172; Avg 2070). Has fading action and glove side control on his changeup (70-72).
