The approach is to the pull side and the hands work freely. On the mound, the delivery is repeated and he moves athletically. The fastball has plus life, sitting 91-92 mph. The slider was 78-79 mph and small in shape. The changeup is a solid pitch. He is advanced on the mound and at the plate.

Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed is quick, has a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 88 mph; showed soft hands, quick feet, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.98. On the mound, showing some arm speed he used a clean arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Changeup (79-80 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 84-86 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2110; Avg 2044). Throws a 11/5 curveball (64-66) that has some action. (Max spin 2584; Avg 2509). Has late tight action on his 10/4 slider (67-70). (Max spin 2566; Avg 2395).

Above average and athletic on the mound, showed a loose consistent arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with developing above average arm speed Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. Has on line shoulders with a consistent balance point. Lands closed with a falling off an athletic finish. Threw his fastball 83-84 mph; had running action and command arm side around the zone. (Max spin 2025; Avg 1947). His curveball (61-62) showed glove side around the zone command and sweeping action. (Max spin 2339; Avg 2297). His changeup (74-75) shows arm side around the zone command and gradual fading action. Shows tight plus action and glove side around the zone control on his sharp slider (71-72). 5-foot-6, 135-pound lean frame. Solid at the plate, Flannery recorded an exit velocity of 77 mph. Begins in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Has average bat speed, level swing plane and high finish. During his round he produced some loud contact and found a few barrels. Pull side approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws up to 70 mph; had a twitchy exchange,smooth footwork, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a ¾ slot with a loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 8.56. Projectable on the mound, had a long arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows high effort. Showed strong balance point with even shoulders. Lands square with spin of at the finish. Sat with his fastball at 68-70 mph; showed command low in the zone and sinking action with sharp movement. Had a 11/5 curveball 58-60 mph that showed late action and consistent command. His changeup 664-65 had fading action and in the zone control.
