6-foot-1, 215-pound, large big bodied athletic frame. A right-handed hitting 1st baseman. The top tool is his ability to swing the bat, took a solid round of batting practice. The stance is an even setup up at shoulder width. The hands are super loose and relaxed. The lower half is under control, backside helps create juice and pop. The swing is level to up, creates lift, loft and gets a ton of backspin on the baseball. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 90 mph, had solid at bats with hard contact in game play. Defensively, has quick, clean feet around the bag, drops steps are correct in starting the double play. The arm works out of a natural 3/4 slot, clocked at 65 mph, still recovering from an arm, set back, is not 100 percent. However the arm action is loose and free, works with easy effort. The hands are soft on picks, showing good timing and feel for fielding. Potential to hit and hit for power at the next level.
