Jack Leaf: OF/3B, (2026) Ledyard,. 5-foot-11, 140-pound slim athletic frame. Solid in the box, had a max exit velocity of 80 mph. Began in an athletic balanced stance with a handsy load, then used a controlled leg kick. Bat speed was quick, had a loose level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found some barrels with some loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Confident while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 72 mph; has soft hands, smooth feet, and a natural exchange. Above average recorded an outfield position velocity of 74 mph; shows a twitchy exchange, sure hands, and athletic smooth feet. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.12.
