Physical: 6-foot-1, 205 pounds; athletic frame with strong lower half. 7.18 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Feet start just outside shoulder width, pairs with an upright torso and high hands; uses a big leg kick and churns the hands down and back, shows the pitchers his number on his back to load effectively. Works through a quick turn in his hips to clear and create separation with an uphill swing with good intent through the zone, creates good lift on the ball. Hit the ball hard to the pull side, displayed some pop but more importantly the ability to find the barrel; peak Trackman exit velocity of 99 MPH.
Defensively: Sits low into a wide base, gives a compact look for the pitcher; switches his feet quickly with good intent. Soft hands that transfer seamlessly aiding in his low pop times; strong arm out of the crouch from a typical catcher's slot by the ear. 2.07-2.19 pop times. C - 78 MPH.
