Athletic frame at 5-foot-9, 135 pounds with room for growth. Short arm action with carry and accuracy on throws. Soft hands with quick footwork and clean exchange whiling playing through the ball. Athletic setup at the plate with a smooth load and leg kick with a short stride. Line drive hitter with balance and uses lower half with a level bat path. As he continues to grow and mature as there is a good ceiling with strength.
1/23/19 - At 5-foot-7, 135 pounds he is currently somewhat undesized, but has a high waist and long limbs and projects very well. Really stood out defensively, where he looks comfortable and confident. Has a quick first step, works with rhythm and under control. Hands worked well and showed a quick release and accurate throws. Offensively, he has a stiff load, the hands work and there is some present bat speed and feel for the barrel. There are offensive tools and overall a high ceiling as he adds strength and matures.
