Positional Profile: 3B/C - Athletic with a natural feel for the game all around. Offensive profile is a solid combo of hit and power at the next level.
Body: 6-foot-1, 190-pounds. Strength in lower half with lean frame.
Defense: Soft hands, move smoothly with sure footwork. Attacks hops and plays fast with a quick transfer across the infield.
Arm: RH. INF - 80 mph. Short behind and long out front. High 3/4 slot and stays on top with clean release.
Hit: RHH. Tall stance, balanced, hands high with wiggle. Slight lift, strong, compact swing with fast hands and extension.
Power: 98 mph exit velocity.
Run: 7.67 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Drop and drive delivery, high/quick balance point, landing in line with target.
Arm Action: RH. Long/quick arm action.
FB: T85, 83-84 mph. Cutting action to glove side, running action to arm side.
CB: 70-71 mph. 10/4 shape, slider action.
A physical 6-foot-1, 180 pounds. A utility player, who caught, played infield and pitched. Behind the plate, he showed solid actions and a sound receiver with pop times in the 2.06-2.13 range. In the infield, he worked under control, with sound hands and topped at 79 mph. Very physical and some stiffness with the youth, but really stands out as being a strong young player. But overall, offensively he jumps. The physicality plays, as he has present bat speed and strength. There is some length, but should improve as he faces better pitching. Showed a feel for the barrel, aggressive to the pull side and future power potential. On the mound, the arm strength played up some where he was 77-83 mph and had some heaviness. One of the top young players to watch moving forward.
